Tech City Content Councilor: Bangabandhu-1 has finished the work of satellite builder, The Thalass Alenia Space in France. Currently, the work of testing of satellite parts is underway. This test will run till the end of October. Bangabandhu-1 satellite consultants said that they will be taken from France to the US for launch in November. Besides, the local partner company of Thealas has completed the construction of satellite station Ground Station. By July, they did all the mechanical work. Since then, the work of increasing testing and beauty is going on. It will also end in October, sources said.

Meanwhile, on December 16, the plan was to send the Bangabandhu-1 satellite to the space of the Victory Day, but later it was changed a bit.

However, the date of the new day is not yet confirmed. It should be based on the weather. However, according to the project concerned people will start the work by the end of January.

In the meantime, Bangabandhu-1 will be watching the satellite for the first three years, Thalas will observe it. But Bangladeshis will also work with them.

Satellite companies have also started work recently. In the meantime, they are working on various issues including people's recruitment. It has been started to create a road map for the satellite's commercial activities. However, you will have to wait until April next to get a service from commercial satellite.

Bangabandhu-1 satellite is valid for 15 years. And the total cost of all this has been spent on the amount of two thousand 967 crores. But the costs are slightly lower, said the concerned people.
